We understand the processes associated with a busy Training and Development function...

As part of our ongoing commitment to Working with You, we offer to take the unnecessary stress out of your course administration, simply by handling it for you.

A confirmation in writing schedules your course, via email is the fastest and easiest option available.

You tell us who is attending and we'll take it from there.

We will:-

Source and book your training venues, these can be on or off site. We ensure room layout is correct and all the appropriate equipment is setup and ready to use.

Email each participant a pre course pack that will include, course location, start/finish times, dress code, lunch arrangements etc.

Supply you with all the completed course evaluation forms together with a one page summary, (that we will do for you) so you can see at a glance how effective our course has been. We will also include the comments each participant has made following their time with us.

If required, 3 months after the course we can email each participant a further evaluation form. This can be useful and prove beneficial to establish what they have implemented from their personal action plans and shows any areas that may still need to be addressed.
